Nate Hagen and his family originated from southern Illinois. His previous 13 year ministry was in Jasper County, Illinois. Nate is a 1997 graduate of St. Louis Christian College where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Preaching Ministry. He has been in the Ministry over 25 years. His wife Vicky has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in Special Education and has been a teacher for over 12 years. They have been married since July 20, 2001. They have three sons Patrick, Brandt and Jarrett. Nate’s family has a family verse that they try to live which is Colossians 3:17,23 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. 23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
Nate enjoys Hunting, fishing, Biking, and just being in the great outdoors. His favorite author is Max Lucado.
Nate’s goal is to fulfill the great commission by seeking the lost and at the same time providing Encouragement to the body of believers.

Garrett Rolland
Garrett Rolland grew up in Hays and moved here from Colorado over a decade ago. He served at NCC as a Deacon and youth sponsor for several years before accepting this position in 2021. He is currently working on his master’s degree in biblical ministry from Ozark Christian College. Garrett and his wife Andrea have 3 children, Brooks, Hannah Lee and Will. The Rolland’s have roots in Norton County, his dad grew up here and his grandparents were members of NCC for years, his grandfather put the cornerstone in the church and his grandmother was active into her upper 90’s. Andrea is from Almena, and her family has been here for generations. Garrett and Andrea love Norton and this church! Both are also heavily involved with the Northwest Kansas Men’s and Women’s Encounters. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God” Romans 15:7 ESV
They enjoy sports, ranching (his other job), family and community events.
