You Can Have a New Life in Christ

God loves you deeply and wants a personal relationship with you. No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, His grace is greater. If you’re ready to discover what it means to follow Jesus, we want to walk with you every step of the way.

Jesus Christ. These verses from the book of Romans are often called “The Romans Road.”

1. We all need a Savior.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
— Romans 3:23

None of us are perfect. We’ve all sinned and fallen short of God’s standard.

2. Sin separates us from God.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
— Romans 6:23

Sin leads to spiritual death. However, God offers us the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

3. Jesus paid the price for our sins.

“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
— Romans 5:8

Even before we knew Him, Jesus loved us enough to die in our place.

4. Salvation comes through faith in Jesus.

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
— Romans 10:9

Salvation isn’t something we earn; it’s a gift we receive by faith.

5. God’s promise is for everyone.

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
— Romans 10:13

No matter who you are or where you’ve been, God’s grace is for you.

6. New Life is in Christ.

“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”
— Romans 6:4

Baptism is a proclamation that your old life is gone, and you are raised to live in Jesus Christ.
